- Unwinding Unit Holds and feeds the large roll to Supporting rolls and allows it to rotate. Tension Control Ensures consistent tension as the material unwinds, preventing wrinkles or stretching.
- Rotary Knives or Circular blades that rotate and cut the material into specified widths to provide a cutting surface and maintain precision.
- Web Guiding Systems Detect the edges of the material and adjust the web alignment to ensure it enters the slitting section correctly and the roller position layer with help of edge sensors, ensuring precise alignment.
- Trim Removal Cuts off excess material (trim) from the edges and with help of Vacuum Suction System to Remove the trim from the machine area, keeping the workspace clean and preventing jams.
- Rewind Unit Collect the slit strips onto individual cores. On Different Shafts to Allow different tension levels on each rewind shaft, accommodating variations in material thickness and roll diameter , the cores are correctly positioned for rewinding, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
