Major Components
- Extruder Unit : Depending Upon the Width of the Material the Size of the Extruder is Installed with Gravimetric Hopper Loader and specially designed Screw Barrel for Smooth flow of the Polymer .
- Unwind Unit : Two Station Unwinder to handle smooth and un interrupted operations equipped with Air Brake to Maintain proper tension and alignment of the substrate and plastic film throughout the process.
- Flat Die : Specially designed T Die with a system opening through which the molten plastic is extruded, forming a thin film , and • Allows control over the thickness of the extruded film.
- Laminator Unit : A Chilling roll Cools and solidifies the molten plastic film after it has been applied to the substrate and Backup Roll Supports the substrate and ensures even coating by providing counter-pressure with help of Nip Rollers Apply pressure to bond the molten plastic film to the Laminated layers .
- Rewind Unit : The rewind Section with equipped with 4 Drum Rollers to Collect the finished coated or laminated product onto desired core and Tension Control System Maintains proper tension and alignment during the rewinding process.
- Edge Trimming Unit Cut the edges of the coated substrate to ensure uniformity and remove any excess material and Collects trimmed edges to small winding section provided with equipment .
- BOPP Front Back Registration System : This ensures that any pre-printed patterns BOPP/PP film are perfectly aligned with the Layer during the lamination process. The equipment consist of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Processes sensor signals and adjusts the film feed to maintain alignment.
