Machine Introduction
A monolayer blown film extrusion machine is a type of equipment used for the production of single-layer plastic films. The process begins with feeding Plastic granules into Hopper Loader and further granules extruded and melted with a continuous stream and pushed to die which shapes the melted plastic into a tubular form . The tubular film is inflated using compressed air , This process, known as bubble inflation or air cooling, stretches the film to the desired dimensions and cools it. The cooling process solidifies the molten plastic into a stable film .
