The plastic melt is extruded through a Screw Barrel via die. Air is introduced into the center of the tube so as to blow the extruded polymer like a balloon. There is also an air ring that blows cool air on the hot film. The film is cooled continually as it moves; the film is passed through rolls, where it is flattened. Material as granules foam will be put into the Hopper and it will melting with high temperature with the help of Heaters then the melted material will be coming out from the Die Nip as blowing foam. The blown tube will be move up side manually from the Die to Nip Unit via Basket. Basket size is adjustable as per Tube Dia. Nip is driven by Motor Drive and Gear Box. Nip section is open close with the help of Pneumatic controller. From Nip section to Winder unit film will move down and goes to Winding section. User can adjust the tube size as per requirement.
