Overview for PET Flakes Plastic Reprocess Plant in India
Cygnet Machinery PET flacks (Chips) Reprocess Plant is use to convert the PET flacks (Chips) to granules form with the help of dehumidifier & crystallizer and high temperature melting process. PET Flakes Plastic Reprocess Plant is capable to reprocess the PET material only. Dehumidifier is the auxiliary equipment is use to dry the washed PET flacks with the help of UV system & Crystallizer is the auxiliary equipment to crystallize the PET flacks before reprocess process.
The input material is melting with the different temperature with the help of Ceramic Heaters. Melted material is coming out from the die and move to stand palletizer threw the water tank, The finish goods is only in Granules form.
