Major Components
- A special Designed Screw barrel with complete extruder set to process recycled polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE), to a molten state using heaters. The molten plastic is then forced through Screen Changer and delivers to T Shape Die .
- A specialized T Shape Die to Produce which shapes the plastic into a flat, wide sheet. The T-die ensures uniform thickness and width of the extruded sheet , and then The extruded plastic sheet passes through a tank for a water bath to solidify it. The cooling process is crucial to achieving the desired physical properties.
- After the Sheet come from Water bath The solidified sheet is slit into narrow strips. The width of the strips can be adjusted based on the required sutli thickness and then the strips are passed through a stretching unit to align the polymer molecules, increasing the strength and flexibility of the sutli.
- The last and most Important Function is the Winding of Sutli . The rolls are supplied different Weight , Diameter , Dimensions are supplied .Cygnet offers both type of Sutli Winder Normal with Standard 18 Stations and Fabrillation Sutli winders depending upon customers request .
