CYGNET Machinery’s box strap making machine is suitable to make the plastic strap (patti) from the plastic granules. Box strap-making machines have different models with different production capacities. The material for this Process is PP/HDPE. Material as Granules foam will be put into the hopper and it will melt at a high temperature with the help of heaters, then the melted material will then come from the die and directly go to the cold water tank, and then the material will go to different stages like the govet, stretching unit, oven, water Tank Etc. for Stretch the Strap (Patti) and then after winding, finally in different sizes of rolls.
